PlasticiLab is testing Masterbach (additives and dyes) to obtain plastic parts with a metallic appearance. This technology provides numerous advantages.
Lightening of the part. We replace higher density materials with suitable plastics.
Properties. We have the capacity to achieve the performance required for the part, we play with: durability, impact, environmental conditions, friction, surface finishes, etc. To do this we choose and test the appropriate raw material and make the most appropriate design.
Cost reduction. As we are generally the cheapest plastic and our capacity to industrialise processes.
Series. With the technologies we use and the appropriate injection mould, we produce high, medium and short series of parts.
