Exploring the Sustainable Future of the Plastics Industry at PLAST 2023

New projects, new challenges and new content for the plastics and rubber industry.

During these days, from 5 to 8 September, the plastics and rubber industry has an appointment at Fiera Milano Rho: PLAST 2023, the international exhibition dedicated to technologies, materials, and solutions for the sector.

The last edition took place in 2018, which means that five years have passed since the last edition was held. Originally, this fair should have been held in 2021, every three years, but due to the global health crisis, it was postponed until this year.

PLAST 2023 involves six pavilions. Two of them focus on injection moulding, blow moulding and ancillary products.

At OSF, as specialists in plastic injection molding and liquid silicone solutions, we follow such events very closely. This edition puts a strong emphasis on sustainability, energy conservation and circular economy, with a strong focus on plastic and rubber recycling.

In keeping with its tradition, PLAST is once again hosting three satellite shows that significantly enrich the event's offering:

  1. RUBBER: A space dedicated to everything related to the world of rubber.
  2. 3D PLAST: Exploration of additive production and its associated technologies.
  3. PLAST-MAT: A showcase of innovative plastic materials that are shaping the future.

PLAST represents a great opportunity to move towards a more sustainable and innovative future.
