CLEAN ROOM
For applications focused on the MEDICAL sector we have a "CLEAN ROOM" of 100 m2, in which we work with low levels of contamination. To maintain these conditions, the environmental parameters must be strictly controlled.
Parameters are regularly checked to ensure the quality of the room during manufacturing operations, and we are currently ISO-7 certified.
At the CLEAN ROOM, we inject silicone and technical plastic parts with the high standard of quality that characterises us.

Cleanrooms are subject to very strict conditions, which we also apply to the systems used in cleanrooms.
We work with state-of-the-art technology and equipment to guarantee these condition, ensuring easy cleaning and avoiding contaminants such as oils and other products used in the manufacturing process.

People who work in the cleanroom are trained and comply with the work qualification requirements for this purpose.
We work with reference suppliers for the materials used for manufacturing.

Our qualified personnel can carry out the handling, packaging and assembly processes in clean room according to the defined procedures.
